The e-mail itself was from my ole chum from Borders. Having <a href="http://www.hpoo.com/errata/borders.html">filled out the application</a> and actually worked at that joint for a couple of years, I really, really feel for him. The holiday season at Border's was a real pain in the ass. However, I feel compelled to answer his question truly and honestly. <br /> <br />The answer: <br /> <br />Because there's no "i" in hell. <br /> <br />So there you go, Scott.
